Ordering and Payments

Placing an Order:

Payment is facilitated by third-party processors. By placing an order, you agree to pay the applicable Merchant Products, shipping, handling charges, and taxes.

Order Confirmation:

You will receive an order confirmation within 24 hours. We aim to process orders within 1-2 business days.

Cancellations:

Orders may be cancelled if items are out of stock or due to errors in pricing or availability. Refunds will be issued accordingly.

Promotional Codes:

Promotional codes may expire or be discontinued without notice. They are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

Delivery Details

Shipping:

Products are shipped by our Merchants within 1-14 working days. Delivery times may vary based on the merchant, region, and carrier.

Risk and Title:

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the Merchant Products to the carrier.

14-Day Returns: You have up to 14 days to return items in unused condition and original packaging. Free returns for registered Nibble Hops shoppers. Contact hello@nibblehops.com to arrange returns.

Faulty Items:

For faulty items, we offer refunds or exchanges and reimburse postage costs.

Product Liability

Liability for Third-Party Products:

Disclaimer of Liability: Nibble Hops acts solely as an intermediary platform facilitating transactions between buyers and third-party sellers. Nibble Hops is not liable for any injury, damage, or defect in products sold by third-party sellers on our platform. User Reporting Mechanism: Users can report suspicious or non-compliant listings to Nibble Hops. We will review reported listings promptly and take appropriate action, including removal of the listing and possible suspension of the seller’s account.

User Disputes and Resolution

Dispute Resolution:

Third-Party Disputes: Any disputes arising from transactions between users and third-party sellers should be resolved directly between the parties. Nibble Hops may assist in facilitating communication but is not obligated to mediate or resolve disputes.

Binding Arbitration: Any disputes between users and Nibble Hops arising from the use of the platform will be resolved through binding arbitration, to be held in London. Users waive their right to bring claims in court or participate in a class-action lawsuit.
